NEW PERMIT

Starting Fresh

If your vehicle has never been on club registration before, or it's currently unregistered and you are looking to join the club permit scheme.

what you need to provide

  • Valid Roadworthy Certificate
  • Completed Membership Forms (that we send once you purchase the membership)
  • Required Photos (see below)

TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER CLUB

Switching to AMC

If your vehicle is already on club registration with another club, but you would like to move to AALIM Motor Club

What you need to provide

  • Existing Club Information
  • Completed Membership Forms (that we send once you purchase the membership)
  • Required Photos (see below)

It is your responsibility to notify vicroads of any changes within 14 days.

AFTER YOU APPLY

What happens next

Once you have purchased the membership, these are the next steps

We send you the forms

Once you checkout, we email you the required forms and a checklist of what to send back.

You complete and return everything

Fill out the forms, take the required photos, and email everything back to us (including RWC certificate for new permit applications).

We review and sign off

Once we have everything, we complete the scrutineering and can sign off on your club permit documentation.

4

You go to VicRoads

Take your completed paperwork and RWC (new permits) to a VicRoads office to collect your Club Plates and logbook. That's it - you're done.

Note

1. If you are transferring clubs, then you do not need to go into VicRoads at all, we can handle everything on your behalf.

2. There is no need to take your vehicle into VicRoads for any part of the club permit process. Only take your forms.

Renewals & Changes

Renewals

You will receive a renewal notice in the mail from VicRoads 4-6 weeks before it's due, simply email us a scanned copy or photo and we will endorse the renewal as long as you are a current financial member.

Membership Changes

If you need to change payment details, add / remove vehicles, modify or cancel your membership, submit an enquiry here and we can organise. Please note that Annual memberships are non-refundable and any changes will take place on the next renewal.
