For a new club permit

You will need a valid Roadworthy Certificate for your vehicle.

After checkout, we will email you the instructions and required forms.

Return us the filled forms and the Required Pictures* via email. (No need to bring the vehicle down to us).

Once the paperwork is signed, take the completed forms and your Roadworthy Certificate to VicRoads to collect your Club Plates and logbook.

There is no need to take the vehicle to VicRoads.

That's it. Put your plates on, log your hours and Enjoy driving!

Transfer Existing Permit

You do not need a Roadworthy Certificate.

After checkout, we will email you the instructions and required forms.

Once forms are signed and returned with the required pictures*, we can submit the transfer to VicRoads on your behalf.

Note that VicRoads processing may take 1–4 weeks, so if your renewal is approaching, we recommend taking the forms to a VicRoads office for immediate processing.

VicRoads will transfer your club permit to our club. You do not need anything from your previous club.

*Required Pictures

We require current photographs of the following:

  • Front of vehicle
  • Both sides of vehicle
  • Rear of vehicle
  • Engine Bay
  • Inside of cabin with the driver's door open
  • Chassis / VIN number
  • Engine number (if accessible)
  • Driver's licence (front and back)
  • Build plate
  • Roadworthy certificate (for new permits)

Note: It is your responsibility to notify vicroads of any changes within 14 days.

Renewals

You will receive a renewal notice in the mail from VicRoads 4-6 weeks before it's due, simply email us a scanned copy or photo and we will endorse the renewal as long as you are a current financial member.

Membership Changes

If you need to change payment details, add / remove vehicles, modify or cancel your membership, submit an enquiry here and we can organise.

Please note that Annual memberships are non-refundable and any changes will take place on the next renewal.
