How old does my car have to be to be eligible for club rego?
Vehicles have to be older than 25 years to qualify for club registration.
Do i need a roadworthy certificate to get club rego?
You will need a RWC when signing up for the club permit scheme. However, if you already have an existing club permit with another club, then a rwc is not required to transfer across to us!
How long does the application take?
The process is super streamlined. As soon as we receive your order, we will get the forms sent out to you. The quicker you fill them out, get a rwc (if applicable), and return us the forms and required pictures, the quicker we can approve and sign them for you to take to vicroads and collect your plates and logbook.
What does online scrutineering mean?
Our goal is to make the club permit application process as simple and efficient as possible. As long as you have a valid Roadworthy Certificate (if required) and the current photos accurately reflect the vehicle’s condition, we can process your application smoothly.
Is there mandatory events or meetings i need to attend?
We know some clubs require mandatory event attendance — not us. We’ve designed our membership to be completely hassle-free, with no obligations to attend events.
However, our long-term goal is to build this into a community where members can connect, share their passion, and enjoy optional meets and activities at their own pace.
How do i cancel my membership subscription
It is very easy to do so. Log in to the website using your email you used when purchasing and you will be send a one time code. Click manage subscriptions, and you can cancel it directly from there.
